Working backwards.

I find it easiest, when speaking matters of the heart, to work backwards. The tunes from the love songs we only recently composed are often still playing in our thoughts. The lyrics still fresh and vivid as if you just transposed them, the song still being rewound through your imagination; it’s often easier to rewind while reminiscing than to play it forward.
